Ali 2.0 Residence
Located in Miami Beach. I had previously designed a 3,000 SF house for the clients but they changed their minds and decided on a 2 story, almost 5,000 SF, 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, double height great room, elevator, common areas, 2 car carport, terrace with BBQ area, balconies, pool and pool deck. We stayed with a sleek, flat roof, modern style architecture designed appropriately for their life style. Collaboration with Alligator Construction.
Madruga Residence
A 9,100 SF new construction single family residence. The house is a hybrid of a contemporary pitched roof architectural style with modern flat roof components. It includes 5 full en-suite bedrooms, office, guest house, cabana lodge, all rooms with bathrooms (8 full bathrooms, 2 powder rooms) BBQ pavilion, theater room, wine room, cigar room, great room with full height bar and fire place, kitchen with double island, family room, 3 car garage with dual exits for each door, reflecting pools at entrance, flat roof covered terraces, aluminum trellises, an Infiniti edge pool, coral stone exterior finishes, acid washed concrete pads driveways and walkways, and column and gate entrance and at perimeter.
The Moya Residence
The Moya residence in Southwest Ranches, FL. A new construction, 2 stories, 9,100 SF (All under roof) single family residence. This modern and contemporary style architecture style home includes 6 bedrooms (an office), 7.5 bathrooms including a cabana bathroom, wide double height common areas, glass encased stairs and elevator flanking the main entrance, the front porch has 4 commanding columns that frame the main entrance along with a bridge walkway over reflecting pools, a 3 car garage with double entrance doors, covered balconies, terraces, Gazebo with full appliances, pool and pool deck.
Mejia Residence
A 6,100 SF new construction. Their new home includes a modern and contemporary type architectural style, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, modern carport, grand entrance, double height great room with glass encased wine cellar and perimeter high windows, flat roof terraces, pool house with gym BBQ area and outdoor dining area, Infiniti edge pool, perimeter post and electric gate, “wood grain” tile cladding throughout, and earth tone finishes.
Bolano Residence
A 7,600 SF new construction of the modern style architecture. The main entrance is surrounded by an undulating koi pool that runs from the garage, under the porch steps and under the main structure. The 2.5 garage and main house are connected by a glass bridge over the koi pool. The house has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, theatre, office, gym with sauna, BBQ terrace, wine room, double height great room and kitchen, full length covered terrace with sliding glass doors into pockets, and a sunroom surrounded by a koi pool.
“P” Residence
The “P” Residence in southwest Miami Dade county, my clients wish to remain private. A 6,600 SF new construction single family residence. A contemporary architectural style with pitched roofs, smooth stucco, “Wood grain grey” tile paneling, and modern flat roof components. It includes 5 full en-suite bedrooms one of which is a huge master suite, 2 offices, playroom, 6.5 bathrooms, covered terrace, open trellis pavilion, modern gazebo with full appliances and cabana bathroom, double height great room with wine cellar and fire place, kitchen with double islands, family room, 2.5 car garages with car lifts, reflecting pools at entrance, concrete pads driveway, paved walkways, and column and gate entrance at the perimeter.

The Dr. Abreu Residence
The Dr. Abreu Residence, The Roads, Miami. Before and after images. An almost full demolition of a 1,400 SF, 1 story, Spanish style single family residence into a 4,500 SF, 2 stories, modern and contemporary architecture style design. It includes 5 bedrooms including a huge master suite, 4 bathrooms, 1 car garage, den, terraces and balconies, open plan great room, pool and pool deck. The client wanted to improve on his existing home while staying in the same area. He is extremely satisfied with the design.

This residence is located in Miami. An 8,100 SF new construction in a modern architectural style. It includes 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, office, double height great room, common areas, 2 car garage, detached Gazebo with BBQ area and cabana bathroom, pool and pool deck., carport, entrance walkway with reflecting pools at each side of the floating over the water steps.
Mugnai Residence
The “M” residences, my clients choose to remain private. The new construction of a 3 story, including a fully submerged basement, 8,640 SF single family residence in the heart of Miami: Bay Heights. It houses 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, office, gym, seating areas, expansive great room, 2 car garage, gazebo with BBQ area, sauna and steam room, terraces, pool and pool deck, entertainment room and theater… my clients and long time friends are extremely excited and ready to move in.

The Veloso residence! Before and after images. Prieto Residence
The Isael Prieto and Roxana, Tejeda-Prieto residence. Before and after images. The expansion and interior remodel to an existing water-front residence. The improvements include a new garage, new modern from porch structure, a new master suite overlooking the pool and lake, new office and a Gazebo with cabana bathroom, BBQ area, and waterfall feature over the existing pool. Sabor Havana Smoke Shop
The Sabor Havana expansion by my clients and friends Jorge Valdes and Aquiles Legra. Sabor Havana has been a staple cigar shop in Doral for over 20 years and they’re expanding their business towards the back of the existing shop, and It’s my pleasure to be a part of this venture. The expansion will include a lounge, member’s bottle club, exclusive lockers, a multipurpose room, cold food prep area, and one of the most sophisticated HVAC systems that will perform to leave the space smokeless.
The Ali Residence
Ali Residence in Miami Beach. Shown are after and before pictures. A 3,200 SF existing residence transformed from a Mediterranean type architecture to a modern, contemporary style by completely remodeling both the interior and exterior, but maintaining most of the shell and load bearing structure. I designed 4 bedrooms including a guest suite, 3.5 bathrooms, double height porch, foyer and great room, full kitchen and service rooms, new pool and pool deck. We have to elevate the house due to flood regulations.. the property value will almost double in value.
The Pampa Residence
Introducing the PS6 residence: A 6,100 SF, 2 story new construction of the modern contemporary style architecture. It includes 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, double height entrance, foyer and great room with a connecting bridge and a wine cellar, common areas, kitchen with big pantry, huge laundry room, 2 car garage, balconies, terraces, BBQ area, pool with Baja shelf and pool deck. It includes 5 bedrooms with 2 huge master suites, 6 bathrooms, 2 car garage, double height entrance porch, reflecting pool, office, family room, den, terraces and balconies, open plan double height great room, pool and pool deck. Another very satisfied client.
Ferreira Residence
The Ferreira residence in Miami, FL. Before and after pictures. The clients requested I design the main entrance with a new entry porch, curb appeal, improve their front facade, new driveway, and a new modern Gazebo in the rear yard including a BBQ area, cabana bathroom, storage and lounge area.
The Espinosa Residence
The Espinosa Residence in the heart of Coral Gables: An almost new build, classic and traditional type of architectural style, but with subtle modern touches, blending in with the City Beautiful vernacular of CG. The residence is a 4,350 SF, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage, common areas with a lanai and Argentinian furnace, retractable interior and exterior glass panels, custom furniture and art pieces from their travels, custom marbles and finishes, plunge pool and pool deck, and a grand entry tower.
Vallejo Residence
The new construction of a 7,250 SF residence of a modern contemporary style architecture. 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, playroom, office, seating room with fire place, double height great room including kitchen with double island, all rooms with high ceilings, 2 car garage, gazebo, covered terrace and pool, grand main entrance and foyer gallery. The clients chose earth tone finishes and tiles, we added steps and roof frame linear strip lighting. The clients are completely satisfied and in love with their forever home.
Lugo Residence
Introducing the Liz Lugo Residence:
The complete interior remodeling and exterior alteration to an existing contemporary architectural style house in Miami. The client wanted to soften and further modernize the look of the white bland facades and open the interior as much as possible. I introduced wood cladding above a new pivot door, aluminum louvers throughout the facades, metal frame over a new wood garage door, grey smooth stucco with scoring at the second floor towers, removed the wood frame doors in the back to create an open terrace lounge with tongue and groove ceiling, new frameless glass guardrails at the stairs and balcony, new master bathroom, new zen garden, new recessed lights throughout the interior and exterior of the house, new concrete pad driveway, new landscaping and new fence. The client calls it, “Her dream home”.

Key Largo Ocean Resort Residences
A 1,900 SF new construction, 4 stories residence made up of ground floor carport and storage, 2 habitable floors of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living area, laundry, interior stairs, elevator and 4th floor covered roof terrace with an entertainment area and aluminum trellis. The clients wanted a modern architecture style while keeping with the Florida Keys vernacular… 6 of these similar style homes will be built at KLOR.
Lovermi Residence Key Largo Ocean Resort
The 2,100 SF Waterfront new construction, 4 stories residence is made up of ground floor carport and storage, and 3 habitable floors of 4 bedrooms (2 master suites), 4 full bathrooms, kitchen, living area, laundry, and elevator. The 4th floor opens to 1 of the 2 master bedrooms, covered roof terrace with Jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ area and al fresco shower. The clients specified a modern architecture style that is unique and original from the other modern style homes in that community. The clients are extremely satisfied….
