The Alvarez Residence
The Alvarez Residence. A redesign of a previous project of mine with design variations. An 8,000 SF new construction single family residence. The architectural style is a hybrid of contemporary pitched roofs and modern flat roof components. It includes 5 full en-suite bedrooms, 1 office/ bedroom, gym, 6.5 bathrooms, BBQ pavilion, home theater, double height great room with wine cellar and fire place, kitchen with double islands, family room, double (2) car garages, one with dual exits for each door, reflecting pools at entrance, flat roof covered terraces, Polynesian style aluminum louvers, an Infiniti edge pool with waterfall wall, concrete pads driveways and walkways, and column and gate entrance at perimeter.
Bobby Lopez Residence
A collaboration with Fons Inc. Architects
Phase 1: The addition of 2 new 800 SF and 1,000 SF gazebos, 350 SF attached covered terrace, new pool and pool deck to the back of the existing single family residence. The gazebos include a cabana bathroom, full Hibachi BBQ area, outdoor dining, entertainment area and bar.
Phase 2: consists of the addition of a 2 car carport, extension and redesign of the master bedroom, extension and redesign of the car garage, and the raising of the exterior walls for an entire new ceiling and roof. In redesigning and adding to this existing house, we’re nearly doubling the property value.
Wortel Residence
A 7,000 SF new build residence from ground up in south Miami. A 5 bedroom, 6.5 bathrooms, office, entertainment room, gym, 3 car garage, arched gallery, pool and rock grotto, high-end luxury Mediterranean style single family residence.
Roads Residence
A full interior remodeling and exterior alteration of an existing dilapidated house into a modern contemporary residence.
Pinero Commercial Plaza
A new 4 bay one story retail and restaurant building in North Miami, FL, including pervious asphalt for the parking surface, roof garden, and a water collection system for gray water.
Rodriguez Residence
The Hansel RodrÃguez and Jennifer Karborani Residence in Coral Gables, FL. A full interior remodel and addition to an existing traditional style house. An open plan of the great room, kitchen with double island, family room, bar, and wine cellar. The addition of a master suite, entry tower, 2 car garage, covered terraces, pool deck, pool, gazebo, new driveway and perimeter gate and columns. We cleaned the facades, new flat tile roof, wider and taller impact windows, and new finishes keeping with the Mediterranean style architecture of City Beautiful of Coral Gables.
The West Kendall residence
The West Kendall residence, clients wish to remain private. The full interior remodel and exterior alteration to an existing 5,700 SF 2-story house. The project consists of the front porch structure redesign, new flat roof replacement for the front bedroom, replacing the garage for a new bedroom, interior full open plan, removing the rear bay window for 2 wide retractable glass doors in the back wall, kitchen relocation, new rear terrace and pool, and a cleaner modern look for the whole house. Perez Residence
The addition of a grill area with suspended roof, sunken fire pit, outdoor dining and elevated lounge, all over an elevated platform with perimeter strip lighting.
Munoz Residence
The house was hit by lighting and it completely burned down except for the major parts of the load bearing structure. The clients saw the potential of improving on the house, and we designed a contemporary pitched roof home with modern components, a 6,000 SF, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 double heights living spaces: 1 at the living room, the other at the family room, a second floor interior den with glass guardrail balconies overlooking the first floor, new covered terraces and an existing rear pool house.
Diego Residence
The complete interior remodel and exterior addition to an existing traditional style house. The clients decided on a farm style interior with some modern touches. An open plan from a compartmentalized house, larger existing rooms, additional rooms and bathrooms. The new structure includes a BBQ entertainment area, outside dining and lounging. New pool and pool deck design. With the remodeling and addition we raised the value of the property significantly.
Delgado Residence
A contemporary style design with modern touches. A compete interior remodel, new master bedroom suite, exterior alterations, new roof, driveway, pool and pool deck area.
Tamayo Residence
The project consists of the addition, alteration and interior design to an existing family residence including a new 2 car carport, extension of a double height entertainment room to the back of the house with a cabana bathroom and outdoor shower, full kitchen redesign, alterations to the front windows and doors, terrace redesign, and new driveway.
Andreu Residence
Introducing the Andreu Residence in Miami, FL. The exterior addition to the rear yard of an existing house. The clients wanted an efficient and easy flowing backyard. A place of their own to get away, entertainment and enjoy with family. I designed a modern, contemporary architectural style Gazebo with a BBQ area, one-side waterfall counter island, full appliances and an al fresco shower, a fire pit area, and outside dining under louvers surrounded by planters. All on elevated slabs with perimeter linear lighting at the steps. A new pool with Baja shelf and new pool deck. We have improved the value of the property.
Soto Residence
Introducing the Cesar and Chantal Soto Residence – Gazebo, BBQ area and outdoor dining. A modern style design to make their backyard efficient, entertaining and family gatherings. The clients are fully satisfied.
Moreno Residence
The Moreno Residence: The client approached me to help him enhance the front facade of his house with a modern look. I created framed arches, introduced composite, weather resistant wood cladding to soften the look, and portico walls. Thank you, Luis, for the opportunity.
Artesia Duplex
The Artesia Duplex in the City of West Miami. A new 4,000 SF (2) story residence of the modern Mediterranean style architecture. 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms, laundry and full kitchen per unit.
Danny Lopez Residence
The addition of 2 Polynesian style gazebos, new pool and pool deck to an existing contemporary style house. The clients have an empty canvas back yard, and they want a place of their own to getaway, relax and forget. We designed the main gazebo with a BBQ area with outdoor dining. steps. The second Gazebo has an open air lounge room and a rear entry cabana bathroom with a bamboo screen. We added Keystone finishes and thin framed louvers with surrounding reflecting pools and floating steps, both structures flanking the new pool.
