Cruz Residence
An exterior addition and alteration to an existing modern house. The clients asked me to further modernize and soften their house with contrast finishes, a full BBQ area, outdoor lounge, horizontal and vertical aluminum white louvers, wood grain tile, vines on the existing beam, strip lighting under the pool deck step, and lighting throughout. The clients wanted a backyard that was more inviting and entertaining, they are completely satisfied.
Marzo Residence
A 750 SF master suite addition, 600 SF BBQ and outside dining terrace, 250 SF covered entertainment terrace and a new Infiniti edge pool, to an existing house.
Cutler Bay
A 2,200 SF interior build out restaurant with a modern look, high open ceilings and contemporary finishes.
Zion Medical
A 9,800 SF interior build out of a medical facility including a dental office, general physicians office and an adult social center with gym, therapy rooms, communications room and cafeteria.
CMC Medical
The interior build out of an existing 8,000 SF retail building into a medical center including an Orthodontist office, Optometrist office, physicians and blood work, and adult daycare center.
